Your courses must add value and constantly move the elearning industry forward. We look for publishers who create groundbreaking and innovative training that, when taken, helps to improve learners’ lives.
Fanatically supportive of customers:
Your support must be exceptional. We only work with courseware providers who agree to our strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure our customers get the best possible support.
Flexible:
One size doesn’t fit all, and all customers are not the same; therefore our publishers must be flexible and willing to go above and beyond to meet our customers’ needs.
Global:
We serve businesses all over the world. As a result, your content must have a global appeal, including look and feel, and be available in multiple languages upon request.
